Payroll Specialist

Job Description Payroll Executive - Taxation exp is mandatory.

Key Skills & Core Requirements (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Indian payroll processing.
  
• Strong exposure to employee taxation management, including:
• Tax declaration
• Investment proof collection and verification
• TDS computation (TDS calculation is mandatory - Old and New Regime)
  
• Sound knowledge of income tax slabs, tax concepts, exemption limits, and LWF slabs.
  
• Working knowledge of Income Tax portals, Form 16 generation, and payroll tax reconciliation.
  
• Understanding of the ITR filing process to guide employees on tax-related queries.
  
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, including:
• PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and Gratuity
  
• Proficiency in using HRMS and payroll systems, along with strong Excel skills for MIS and reporting.
  
• Ability to independently handle employee payroll and tax-related queries with accuracy and professionalism.
