Job Description

CIEL HR is looking for an experienced End-to-End Payroll Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian Payroll.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee benefits, taxation, and payroll-related MIS. Strong Excel skills are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities;

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll validation.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Maintain and implement leave policies and leave-related payroll processes.

Handle employee tax calculations and payroll-related taxation activities.

Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.

Coordinate with internal teams and employees for payroll-related queries and issue resolution.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of payroll activities.

Support payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

3–4 years of experience in Indian Payroll / End-to-End Payroll

Strong knowledge of PF and ESI

Good understanding of leave policies and payroll processing

Knowledge of Indian payroll taxation / TDS

Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory

Good understanding of payroll statutory compliances

Good communication and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
