Payroll Specialist-Immediate Joiner

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.

• Maintain attendance, leave, salary, deductions, and employee payroll data.
• Process statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
• Handle payroll inputs for new joiners, exits, increments, incentives, and arrears.
• Prepare payroll reports,MIS, and salary-related statements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll.
• Ensure timely salary processing and generation of payslips.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records.
