Payroll Operations Manager

Lead and scale India Payroll Operations. Manage a specialist team, drive operational quality, handle escalations, and oversee compliance (TDS, EPF, Form 16). Partner cross-functionally with Product and R&D while managing vendor performance.

Required Candidate profile

Requires 4+ years in India payroll operations/compliance and 3+ years in team leadership. Needs strong SLA, QA, and vendor management skills, fluent English, and 2:00–10:00 PM IST hybrid availability.
