Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple pay groups, including high-volume weekly, hourly workers, and monthly salaried colleagues
• Validate and audit hourly employee timesheets, prior to payroll processing
• Partner with managers/ supervisor and employees to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and ensure timely approvals
• Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before payroll processing
• Process payroll adjustments, earnings, deductions, and other payroll transactions
• Perform payroll audits to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy
• Research and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service
• Respond to payroll inquiries submitted through tickets or other support channels on a timely basis
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Own delivery timelines, SLAs, escalations, and client communication

Soft Skills & Requirement:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Strong time-management skills to meet strict payrolldeadlines
• Require good knowledge in Excel ( VLOOKUP & Pivot table) & MS office

Mandatory:

• Work from office only
• Mon to Fri - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Sat and Sun - Fixed off
• Pick and drop available if you are located within company boundary limits
