Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement (weekly/monthly cycles)
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity
• Coordinate with clients for attendance, billing inputs, and payroll validation
• Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage final settlements (F&F), reimbursements, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor the payroll team for efficient operations
• Resolve employee and client payroll-related queries
