JOB DESCRIPTION: PAYROLL MANAGER
Position: Payroll Manager
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation and compliance.
- Manage onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with payroll and other departments for salary-related activities.
- Handle HRMS/Qandle and maintain accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational dashboards.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues within the required TAT.
- Coordinate with managers and employees for smooth HR operations.
- Support HR audits and ensure proper maintenance of employee files and records.
- Prepare payroll MIS and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies within the required TAT.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, HRMS, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Experience in handling HR operations for a mid-sized/large workforce is preferred.
