Payroll Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, increments, bonuses and deductions.
• Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS.
• Ensure accurate calculation of income tax, salary deductions and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and validate payroll reports, reconciliation and variance reports.
