New joining details entering in the Portal, download the attendance in daily basis, uploading shift schedule in Portal, employee attendance regulations & leave updating, monthly OT calculations, monitoring absenteeism, disciplinary action initiation for unauthorized absent employees and share the attendance inputs to payroll department

Contract Labour Management

Coordinating contract labour supply for manufacturing blocks based on budget without any deviation, updating contract labour attendance by shift wise for monthly bill preparation,

General Administration & GMP

Maintaining the GMP records and HRD sops without any deviation; Coordinating canteen, plant housing keeping & employee welfare activities; coordinating periodic medical checkups
