Payroll HR

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, arrears, and Full & Final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, salary revisions, and payroll inputs.
• Handle payroll reconciliation, statutory filings, challans, and monthly MIS reports.
• resolve salary-related queries.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll consultants to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Day to Day work HR related. Support in to HR team
• Recruitment - End to End
• Salary Calculation, form 16 generation
• TDS calculation, Return filing verification
• Compliance process and grievance

Core Competencies

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in CTC structuring, payroll reconciliation, and Full & Final settlements.
• High accuracy, analytical skills, and confidentiality.
• Advanced MS Excel, HRMS / Payroll Software, ERP, and statutory portals.
