Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing for site and Head Office employees.
- Collect, verify and consolidate attendance and payroll inputs from project sites.
- Coordinate with site HR teams regarding attendance, leave, overtime and employee movements.
- Ensure timely processing of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and conduct payroll reconciliation and validation.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, deductions and statutory benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Darwinbox/HRMS.
- Prepare monthly payroll and statutory MIS for management review.
