Salary: Up to 27,000 In-Hand per month + EPF and other benefits

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, salary calculations, statutory deductions, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of payroll operations, EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the scheduled timeline.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, leave deductions, arrears, and other adjustments.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
• Handle EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PTax), and other applicable statutory deductions.
• Prepare EPF/ESIC reports, ECR files, challans, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
• Manage employee joining, exit formalities, Full and Final (F&F) settlements, and salary revisions.
• Maintain employee personal files, salary registers, and payroll-related MIS reports.
• Ensure payroll confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Respond to employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and statutory benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Practical knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PTax, and payroll statutory compliance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software/HRMS.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
