Payroll Executive

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient Payroll Executive with strong expertise in Excel-based payroll processing and experience working on payroll software such as Oracle HCM/Payroll, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors (SF), or similar HRMS platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, payroll validations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.

Role & responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately within defined timelines.
• Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements, deductions, and full & final settlements.
• Perform payroll calculations, validation, and reconciliation using advanced MS Excel.
• Prepare payroll MIS reports, dashboards, and salary reconciliation reports.
• Process payroll transactions and maintain employee master data in HRMS/Payroll systems (Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
• Support statutory filings, audits, and payroll documentation.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and business teams for payroll inputs and validations.
• Generate payroll analytics, headcount reports, and cost reconciliation reports.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to payroll deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in preparing and processing payroll independently through Excel calculations.
• Hands-on experience in validating payroll outputs between Excel models and Oracle/SuccessFactors payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience: 3-5 Years
