Job description

• Experience in payroll processing at the HO level of approximately 1,000 to 2,000 employees.
• Male only, age 25+
• Ensuring attendance management and wage sheet processing using advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience handling payroll compliance, including calculations & making challans of PF, ESIC, PT (all states), LWF
• Knowledge of labour laws for minimum wages, leave, bonus, gratuity, and various registers to be maintained.
• Strong follow-up skills via email and coordination with site teams to ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Ability to generate MIS reports, maintain master salary registers, and prepare compliance reports.
• Maintaining accurate trackers for employee records (attendance, leave, and compliance).

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years Experience as Payroll Executive (Only Male Candidate Considering)

Qualification: Any Graduate
