Payroll Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records, and payroll-related reporting. The candidate should have experience in payroll operations, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
• Manage attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle UAN, KYC, PF transfer, withdrawal, and compliance issues.
• Generate payslips and payroll reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain employee master data and statutory records.
• Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and compliance.
• Support audits and inspections related to payroll and labor compliance.
• Respond to employee queries regarding salary and statutory deductions.
