Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Manage PF (Provident Fund) contributions, including calculation, submission, and reconciliation with the fund authority.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave details, and other relevant information to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in accounting or finance role with a focus on payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations governing payroll operations.
• Proficiency in managing PF accounts and submitting returns to the fund authority.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy in complex financial transactions.
