Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage attendance, leave, and salary processing for employees in the engineering & construction industry.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, Bonus Act, LWF, and other relevant statutes.
• Process payroll accurately and timely using HRMS software to ensure seamless integration with accounting systems.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in payroll processing 
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements under various labor laws (PF Act, Gratuity Act etc.).
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working on HRMS software or similar platforms.
