Payroll Executive

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within timelines.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and payslips.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
• Manage Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
• Handle employee registration, exits, transfers, and updates in PF/ESI portals.
• Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
• Track changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

HR Operations Support

• Maintain employee master data and payroll records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
• Prepare MIS reports and compliance dashboards.

Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Experience handling payroll software and HRMS platforms
