Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Manage employee attendance records, including tracking hours worked and leave taken.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to company policies regarding data security.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries about payroll-related matters.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payroll management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Excel or similar software for record-keeping purposes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
