Payroll Executive

Job Description

• Handle employee onboarding and maintain employee master data in the HRMS.

• Prepare CTC breakups and salary calculators for new hires and internal movements.

• Manage annual salary revisions, increments, promotions, arrears, and CTC restructuring.

• Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements, including leave encashment, gratuity, notice pay recovery, and statutory deductions.

• Maintain employee medical insurance records and coordinate insurance enrolment and claims.

• Employee reimbursements, Vendor management ( Third party employee invoices) • Create and maintain ESI IP registrations, PF UAN mapping, and employee statutory records.

• Administer Adrenalin HRMS, including payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR workflows.

• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Business, Vendors and Taxation teams to resolve payroll, compliance, and employee-related queries.

• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy before payroll closure.

• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• 46 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, On boarding and Statutory Compliance, Vendor Management, Third party vendor invoices, Employee reimbursements

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and HRMS tools. • Expertise in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and Income Tax). • Experience in Full & Final settlements and payroll reconciliations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and MIS reporting).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and employee data.

• Experience managing payroll for large employee headcounts and multi-location operations is preferred
