Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll reports to clients.
• Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to expatriate employees' salaries.
• Calculate TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) deductions from employee salaries accurately.
• Coordinate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll data.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or SuccessFactors software for managing payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of TDS calculation and statutory compliance requirements for expat employees.
