Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Executive with 1+ Year of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong expertise in Payroll Software, payroll formulas, salary structuring, and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for more than 1000+ employees, handling 4 - 5 clients independently
• Handle payroll inputs, salary calculations, and validations
• Work extensively on any payroll software
• Create and manage payroll formulas and salary structures
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Generate payroll reports and MIS
• Handle employee payroll queries and reconciliations
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll accuracy

Required Skills:

• 2+ Year of payroll experience
• Strong expertise in any payroll software
• Good knowledge of payroll formulas and Excel
• Understanding of statutory compliance and taxation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
