Role & responsibilities

• Processing Full & Final Settlement
• Timely processing of Incentives
• Off-roll payroll processing
• Prepare CTC structures as per minimum wages
• Invoice processing
• Ensure accurate compliance under PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF.
• Prepare Challans & Returns of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance

Skill Sets

• Candidate should have experience of handling end to end payroll of min 500 emp.
• Strong understating calculations of statutory dues
• Knowledge of statutory compliance state-wise
• Should have updated knowledge of various applicable Labour laws and Labour codes
• Knowledge of processing Gratuity, Maternity Benefits
• Knowledge of Employees Income Tax Calculation and document verification
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Data Validation).
• Experience with payroll software (Darwinbox, Spine, HR-One)
