Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour law management, employee benefits, and payroll reporting across applicable establishments in India, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and adherence to applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, validation, disbursement coordination, payslips, arrears, and salary revisions.
• Handle CTC structuring, increments, reimbursements, consultant bills, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements.
• Manage EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), payroll TDS, bonus, gratuity, and leave encashment compliance, wherever applicable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State labour laws, minimum wages, CLRA, BOCW, and Shops & Establishments requirements.
• Manage labour registrations, licences, renewals, amendments, statutory returns, registers, and compliance calendars.
• Handle employee PF/ESIC queries, UAN/KYC updates, claims support, and corporate mediclaim administration.
• Prepare payroll MIS, headcount reports, salary cost statements, statutory reconciliations, and management reports.
• Coordinate payroll and labour compliance audits, inspections, contractor compliance, and statutory discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounts, consultants, auditors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Manage payroll software, statutory updates, documentation, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, minimum wages, and payroll taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, HRMS, and statutory portals.
