Payroll Clerk II

Summary
This position involves processing payroll, conducting analyses, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll services. The role requires interaction with the onsite team and handling employee inquiries related to payroll issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process US payroll based on inputs from the onsite team.
• Perform payroll analyses as instructed by the supervisor.
• Conduct payroll validations to ensure accuracy.
• Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards into a computerized payroll system.
• Balance payroll runs, produce federal, state, and local tax payments, and address employee questions and troubleshoot issues.

• Basic Excel skills.
• Strong English communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

• Prior experience in US/Canada/UK payroll.
