Payroll Bureau

Role & responsibilities:

• Collecting payroll legal regulations for various countries through external consultants as well as internal research
• Analyzing the legal and business requirements and supporting development team in preparing software requirement specification.
• Ensure product compliance from the statutory and regulatory changes perspective in the respective countries.
• System testing and documentation.
• Support to customer teams

Required Skills & Experience :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary
• A dynamic, self-driven achievers with relevant experience in Individual taxation covering payroll legal regulation for one or more countries
• Hands-on experience in global payroll product compliance to large organization across countries is a definite plus.
• Overall experience should be minimum 3 to 7 years
