Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in Payroll / HR Operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of payroll inputs and employee data management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple activities within defined payroll timelines
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to handle sensitive payroll and employee information with appropriate confidentiality
