Payroll And Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Lite Bite Foods is looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Manager to manage Pan-India payroll and statutory compliance for our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Pan-India payroll and monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages & Labour Laws.
• Manage state-wise statutory compliance for restaurants/outlets.
• Handle F&F, salary revisions, incentives, arrears and payroll audits.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and external consultants.
• Ensure timely statutory payments, returns and compliance documentation.
• Drive payroll accuracy, compliance controls and process improvements.
• Manage internal/statutory audits and closure of compliance gaps.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Strong preference for candidates from Hospitality / QSR / Restaurant / Hotel industry.
• Must have experience managing multi-location / Pan-India payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent Excel, MIS and HRMS/Payroll system knowledge.
• Experience handling large frontline/blue-collar workforce preferred.
