Payroll And Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, PF transfer, ESI compliance, and labour law compliance.
  
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages using various Labour Welfare Funds (LWF) and leave management systems.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian Payroll, ESIC, PF, and other relevant labour laws to ensure compliance.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to employee benefits or compensation changes.
  
• Provide support in managing UAN accounts and EPFO transactions.
