About this role
Process weekly payroll for multi-state employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, retroactive pay, and deductions.
Maintain accurate records of garnishment balances and ensure timely payments to agencies
Review and validate payroll reports, including payroll registers, tax filings, and general ledger entries.
Manage and audit timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP WFN) to ensure accurate employee hours and leave balances.
Correct missed punches and ensure timely submission of timecards.
Process final paychecks and vacation payouts for terminated employees.
Handle queries.
