Position: Payroll Accounting Executive / Senior Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts Payroll

Location: Pimpri

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience after B.Com

Qualification: B.Com

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary payments.
• Verify attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, loans and other payroll inputs.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement, including leave encashment, gratuity, notice pay and recoveries.
• Process and review payroll accounting transactions in SAP.
• Ensure accurate payroll posting to GL, cost centers and profit centers.
• Perform payroll, GL, bank and statutory reconciliations.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Prepare payroll provisions, MIS and monthly variance reports.
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounts and employees for payroll-related queries.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Accounting and Statutory Compliance.
• Practical working experience in SAP.
• Good knowledge of payroll reconciliation, accounting and reporting.
• Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
