Job Description:

Role: Payroll Accounting Associate (Minimum 3 years of relevant experience)

Role Summary: The Payroll Accounting Associate is responsible for end-to-end payroll accounting activities, payroll reconciliations, client query resolution, compliance, audit support, and month-end close activities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, payroll process expertise, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accounting journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
• Perform payroll balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Investigate and resolve payroll accounting variances.
• Respond to client payroll accounting queries within SLA.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with payroll controls and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor payroll KPIs such as accuracy, timeliness, and query resolution
