Role: Payments SRE / Site Reliability Engineer
Work Location: Hyderabad and Noida
Experience: [7-10 Years]
Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support / Platform Engineering / DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / K8s, containers, pod health, service availability, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, log analysis, process management, networking, and resource monitoring
• Good knowledge of microservices and distributed systems
• Coding/scripting experience in Golang preferred; Java/Python can also be considered depending on profile fitment
• Experience in incident management, RCA, observability, dashboards, alerting, and production triage
• Exposure to REST APIs / gRPC, DNS, load balancing, and fintech/payments domain will be an added advantage

Role Expectations: You will be responsible for ensuring high availability and reliability of payment systems, managing production incidents, performing root cause analysis, monitoring Kubernetes workloads, supporting deployments/change activities, and coordinating with engineering/platform teams during critical issues.
