Payments Business Analyst Lead/SME

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of new payment solutions using SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient payment processing systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for international payments and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to optimize payment processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 13-25 years of experience in banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH payments systems.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
