Payment Posting Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process patient payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely posting to accounts receivable.
• Review and verify charges posted by providers, identifying discrepancies or errors for correction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including payment history and denials.

Job Requirements :

• 2-15 years of experience in medical billing, charge posting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
• Proficiency in RCM software applications such as ECW Systems or similar systems.
