Job Description:

We are hiring candidates with 1 to 2 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, specifically in Payment Posting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance payment posting and manual payment posting.
• Work on EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
• Perform paper posting and electronic payment posting.
• Review insurance payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility.
• Identify and update denials, underpayments, and claim discrepancies.
• Reconcile payment amounts with EOB/ERA details.
• Maintain accuracy in payment posting and update patient accounts.
• Follow US healthcare billing guidelines and process requirements.
• Required Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
• Hands-on experience in COB, EOB, ERA, manual posting, and paper posting preferred.
• Good knowledge of payment posting and insurance adjustments.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in US shifts, if required.
