Payment Posting Associate/ QA

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive to handle insurance and patient payment posting, payment reconciliation, and denial identification in the medical billing process.

Key Responsibilities

* Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.

* Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

* Handle manual and electronic payment posting.

* Reconcile payments against bank deposits and remittance records.

* Identify underpayments, denials, and discrepancies during payment posting.

* Ensure accurate adjustment posting, contractual adjustments, and write-offs.

* Escalate payment discrepancies and unresolved issues to the concerned team.

* Meet daily productivity and quality targets while adhering to client guidelines.
