About this role
Domain Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Good knowledge of monitoring payment gateway, payment authorization, troubleshooting payment failures
- Knowledge of Airline Industry would be added advantage
- Previous work experience in troubleshooting payment issues including Airline booking/ Payment portal, Payment orchestrator, Gateway, Card or other payment methods
Other Requirements
- Available to work in 24X7 shift pattern
- Good communication
- Good Analytical & Research skills.
- Good coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
