Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payment operations and transaction processing.
• Process and monitor fund transfers, wire payments and SWIFT payments.
• Perform payment investigation and resolve payment-related exceptions.
• Validate payment instructions and ensure accurate processing within defined timelines.
• Handle payment discrepancies, exceptions and transaction queries.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution of payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to process controls.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• TL/AM/Manager: Lead teams, monitor performance and manage stakeholder escalations as applicable.
