Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining invoice-wise outstanding data
• Regularly following up with customers for payment after invoicing
• Recording follow-up remarks, committed payment dates and next follow-up dates
• Coordinating with the concerned Project Owner/CRE/Accounts team for invoice or document-related issues
• Escalating delayed payments
• Tracking payment receipts against invoices
• Maintaining an updated customer-wise payment follow-up tracker
• The purpose of this position is to ensure that every invoice is regularly followed up until payment is received, rather than depending on individual Project Owners for routine collection follow-ups
