Pattern Master

Role & responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns as per design and measurement requirements.
• Prepare patterns for sampling and bulk production.
• Develop patterns for different garment styles, sizes, and fits.
• Make size grading and pattern alterations as required.
• Prepare markers and ensure proper fabric utilization.
• Coordinate with the design, sampling, cutting, and production teams.
• Check garment fit, measurements, and construction details.
• Make corrections to patterns based on fitting and production feedback.
• Ensure patterns are accurate and production-ready.
• Maintain records of patterns, sizes, revisions, and approved samples.
• Follow quality standards and production timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of garment construction and pattern making.
• Strong understanding of measurements, fitting, and grading.

Knowledge of fabric behavior and garment finishing.

• Ability to understand garment sketches and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
