Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Patient Financial Services operations
• Manage billing, collections, and patient account resolution activities
• Handle escalations related to patient billing and insurance issues
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments like AR, billing, and customer service teams
