Patient Relations Executive

We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive to join a growing team in Chandigarh. The person will build relationships with customers, hospitals, healthcare professionals, institutional contacts or channel partners as applicable. The work includes lead generation, follow-up, coordination, documentation and ensuring that the agreed service or product experience is delivered professionally. A mature communication style, reliability and comfort dealing with different stakeholders are important; candidates from adjacent industries are welcome. The role is suitable for someone who wants clear responsibility and room to grow rather than a position where every activity is closely supervised. The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
