Patient Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in the hospital
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and attendants
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient service
• Ensure patient satisfaction by providing timely support and guidance
• Assist in admission, discharge, and billing coordination
• Manage front office operations and guide patients to the respective departments
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records
• Support hospital branding, events, and promotional activities
• Handle corporate tie-ups, referrals, and insurance coordination
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and service standards
• Follow up with patients for feedback and service improvement
