Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and facilitate efficient scheduling of initial in-home or clinic appointments.
• Ensure patients receive a detailed explanation of program services.
• Process new appointments or changes to existing appointments.
• Demonstrate compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborate with other team members.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details in the system.
• Preferred candidate profile

Requirements :

• Any Graduate
• Experience in Call centre
• Excellent Communication skills - Kannada Speaking

Experience in sales roles
