Patient Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling services to patients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for offline marketing initiatives that promote hospital services and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze sales data to optimize area sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in B2C or healthcare industry with a focus on business development, marketing, or sales.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector's unique challenges and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and relationship-building.
• Proven track record of generating leads, driving revenue growth, and increasing customer satisfaction.
