Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional patient counseling services to patients, addressing their healthcare needs and concerns.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Assist in managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong background in customer relationship management, healthcare sales, or retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and interaction at all levels.
