Patient Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide counseling services to patients on various healthcare products and services.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful deals through effective communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-ups and feedback.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Medical Services/Hospital).
• Strong counselling skills with ability to empathize with patients' concerns.
• Excellent sales techniques with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
