Patient Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide counseling services to patients on various healthcare products and services.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into paying customers through effective communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including conversion rates and feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process to increase target achievement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Medical Services/Hospital).
• Strong conversational skills with ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to achieve sales targets through effective counselling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
