Key Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and their families upon arrival.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Facilitate movement of patients between departments (consultation rooms, diagnostic areas, wards).
• Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure timely services.
• Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Ensure patient comfort and support throughout hospitalization.
• Monitor service quality parameters such as waiting times, comfort levels, and communication.
• Provide updates to attendants regarding procedures, schedules, and waiting times.
• Maintain patient records, documentation, and service logs.
• Assist with billing coordination, insurance documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Support front office operations when required (registration, appointment handling).
• Coordinate between clinical teams (nursing, doctors, diagnostics).
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding processes.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety guidelines are followed in patient areas.
• Monitor housekeeping and other facility-related services impacting patient care.
• Participate in audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
